Executive Roundtables

Service executives are usually very busy people.  Their commitment to serving customers never rests and they find it hard to make the time to meet with their peers to share common problems and exchange ideas for improving their service organizations.

AFSMI Executive Roundtables are the perfect way for service executives to step outside their daily responsibilities and gain some new perspectives on strategies for achieving service excellence.

Executive roundtables bring a small group of the most senior service executives into an intimate and trusted setting to debate the tough issues and ask the sensitive questions.  These 24 hour sessions (noon on day 1 through noon on day 2) give executives a much needed reprieve from their operational duties without demanding too much time away from the office.
